^i don't hate on just the south........cuz the west, east and mid-west all have wack rappers.....its just...there tends to be more down south.....but it is stupid to diss the south when they do have MCs such as outkast and luda which have recieved much acclaim in the industry yet still holding their roots in hip hop........
