^ k this is the thing messed up bout my quality
my computer makes a hissin noise lous as fuck and u can hear it in my mic, so i use hiss reduction, and then it makes it sound like my voice is bein held back, i unno what to do

i use cool edit pro 2.0 btw

hmm..... im not sure what the hissing noise is about.
you using a computer mic?, if so thats why.
but your flow was pretty solid in this track. lyrics could use a little work but the big thing was the emotion and quality.
you gotta say shit like you mean it in tracks, i can't stress how important that is.
and like i told you in the pm, just up your quality.

your shit..

if your using a condensor...and hooking up through phantom power then to the computer.....thats the problem...you need something like a mixer or audio interface that sets the sound floor.......

if your using a computer mic i dunno.......

mixing wise.....
try
compression>EQ>echo/reverb>EQ again....mixdown.......

as far as the rapping shit...it'll come...your flow was decent.........everything else was kinda below average....keep droppin tho

k, so for my mic im using a digital camera haha
but i am using hiss reduction on cep 2 so it makes it seem like the quality is lower
ima write a 16 a drop 2 versions of it, one with using the hiss reduction and one without
just to see which yall think is better
