Stat Quo's Shady/Aftermath Debut Pushed Back
Posted: 08/23/2007

Stat Quo's Shady/Aftermath debut "Statlanta" has been pushed back from an August 28 release to sometime in October.

Stat will soon release two videos for the singles "Here We Go" and "We Get Higher".

Production on "Statlanta" comes from Eminem, Dr. Dre, Three 6 Mafia, Marc Batson and more. The album features guest appearances by Dr. Dre, Eminem, Scarface, Devin The Dude and more.

Stat Quo is only the second artist signed under both Aftermath and Shady with the first being 50 Cent.

Wha the fuck is Interscope doin'? The "Here We Go" video shoulda leaked early July, latest. This is exactly why Obie's first single didn't do as well as it coulda, 'cause the song was like half a year old by the time they released a video for it. And who's the idiot that decided to make "We Get Higher" a single? Unless they change his singles, Stat's fucked. At this point they may as well bring out this "The Way Shit Be" record with Scarface that Stat keeps bringin' up in all of his recent interviews. "G.R.I.T.S." is pretty decent, but it'd prob'ly be a bad idea to release that as a single since everybody and they grandma's got a song for the ladies out right now.
