baseball's wack. all they need to know is how to throw, catch, and hit a ball. I watch it sometimes... but it almost has more unfit athletes than golf.

I don't think you guys understand how hard it is to actually connect with a 95mph curve ball. I mean think about the hand eye coordination and to do it at a rate that Barry Bonds or some of these other guys do is some real talent. And steroids or whatever you say Bonds is on has nothing to do with hand eye coordination. And then to have the arm strength and the accuracy to throw out a guy at home from the left field or something is just tremendous.

I mean I'm not in love with baseball, to me basketball is the best sport, but people defiinitly under appreciate the talent it takes to do some of these things.

Co-sign, the average person can't even hit a 65mph fastball in a batting cage. Imagine trying to hit a 90mph curve right after being thrown a 98mph fastball. Add the fact that pitchers are so good at pin pointing their pitches now .. hitting a baseball (successfully) is one of the hardest things to do in all of sports.
