His debut with Rock as Heltah Skeltah, Nocturnal, was epic, so check that, his best solo is his debut, Monkey Barz, but all his shit is dope.

JPS is bangin'. "P-Body" in my eyes, is the greatest 9th Wonder beat ever (think "Hiding Place" from LB's The Minstrel Show and "Onion Head" thrown into a blender). Justus League pretty much dominates the album and surprisingly, 9th and Khyrisis' tranquil, lighthearted soundbeds compliment P's braggart rhymes really well. I coulda done without "Cardiac" and Phonte's verse on "Let It Be Known," but the album has some of the years top joints like "Director's Cut," "Church" and "Like You." Definitely worth the cop. But as every else has said, his magnum opus is Monkey Barz.

but word, he has only 2 solos and Monkey Barz IMO was better JPS.
