Baller

This is one of my favorite albums of all time and I
consider it top 10 ever made. Late review but I dont
give a fuck. Heres more of an in depth review.




1. Public Service Announcment 2000 - NR


2. Kill You - Very agressive song with a stop and go
flow talking about killing bitches, critiques, and other
random shit. The Songs filled with sick multies and
creative lines. "I been through hell shut the hell up,
I'm trying to delevop these pictures of the devil to sell them". 5/5


3. Stan - A topical about obsessed fan writing letters
to eminem. The fan ends up killing himself cuz Em
doesnt respond back till the last verse. Very creative
song thats well thought out. Plus eminem gives four
verses in the song. Rare an Mc does that. Lyrics are
above average but he was more focused on the content it seemed. 4.5/5


4. Paul (Skit) NR


5. Who Knew - Hes basically taking out his anger on
critiques how his music is too offensive and he's a
bad role model to kids. He even goes a lil political
by taking shots at Bill Clinton, "I'm sorry there must
me a mix up, you want me to switch up lyrics while
our president gets his dick sucked". Another great track
to open up an album. 4.5/5


6. Stever Berman (Skit)


7. The Way I Am - A song taking shots at fans and
his label. How he's sick of them and the controversy.
Very angry on the song. Filled with endless amounts
of multies and he's rapping with purpose. Also the very first
song eminem produced and prolly his best imo up to date
. Stand out song on a classic album. 5/5


8. The Real Slim Shady - A pop single he was forced
to release. Eminem turned in his cd finished and they
told him to come up with more appealing single. Other
then the poppish beat and corny chorus the lyrics are very solid. 2/5


9. Remember Me Ft. RBX & Sticky Fingaz - Stand out beat.
Very dark/grimey and great. RBX comes half ass. Song coulda
been better with out him. Sticky is on the second verse and
tears shit apart. Em comes last (no homo) and shits on both Sticky
and RBX. I'd think this is his best verse on the cd. Another verse
filled with countless multies and creative lines. "when i go out i'ma go
out shootin, i dont mean when i die i mean when i go out to the club stupid" and
" Sick sick dreams of picnic scenes, two kids sixteen with M 16
and ten clips each, and them shits reach through six kids each,
and Slim gets blamed in Bill Clint's speech to fix these streets? FUCK THAT!"
A subpar verse by RBX and just a 'good' verse by Sticky bring
down the song a bit. Still good. 4.5/5


10. I'm Back - good song...nice lyrics....his voice/beat has a
weird effect though. I dont find it very appealing. Song is
take shots at Icp, Christina Aguelera, and the Backstreet Boys.
and Slim imitating people critizing him "slims its a touchy subject,
just try not to mention it". 4/5


11. Marshal Mathers - Laid back beat but Em spits with a purpose
talkin about how people changed ever since he blew up. How family members
all of a sudden come around and people kissing his ass. Song also take shots
at Nsync, Boy Bands, Vanilla Ice, Britney Spears, and more then a couple
lines at Icp " i dont need help from d 12 to beat up females, who try to
scratch us with lee nails, slim anus? you damn right slim anus cuz i dont
get fucked in mine like you two flaming faggots". He also adressin how
people claim he's gone pop. Which he did but not before this album. Stand
out track and my favorite on the album. 5/5


12. Ken Kaniff (Skit) NR


13. Drug Ballad - Kinda up tempo, good, light feeling beat. His flow is great
but the song falls short. Basically talking about drugs and alcahol. Chorus
isnt very appealing at all and messes with the song. But its still lyrically
strong. 3/5


14. Amityville Ft. Bizzare - Em kicks off a laid back first verse over a dark
classic beat. He comes good but his better verse is the last one. Bizzare
spits an entertainin verse. Not good lyrically by any means but funny. This
songs basically talking up Detroit and has a gangsta feel to it. Em
comes with good gun play to "you can get capped right after having
a cavity filled". 4/5


15. Bitch Pleas 2 Ft. Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, & Xzibit - Great Dr. Dre beat,
Dre comes decent, obviosly ghosted by em, and snoop
comes wack as fuck. X comes with a decent verse as well. Ems verse is
mediocre. Still shits on 95 percent of rappers but its comes up short
with his others. 2.5/5


16. Kim - This is prolly the most EMO song i've ever heard. Em
basically yelling at his wife in the whole song. He finds out she's been cheating
and ends up killing her. Dumb down lyrics and a very evil song. I kinda
shitted myself the first time i heard it. 2/5


17. Under The Influence Ft D 12 - Em spits first with a
great verse . Filled with more creative lines, "Grab a knife by the blade and stab you
with the fucking handle" Everyone esle in d 12 comes weak other then Proof and
Kuniva. Songs really catchy though. 3.5/5


Criminal - A song about his criminal ways and very offensive lyrics.
" My words are like a dagger with a jagged edge, that'll stab you in the head,
whether your fag or lez, homo sex, or trans-a-vest, pants or dress,
hate fags? the answers Yes" Another stand out song on the album and
one of his most creative songs lyrically. 4.5/5



Overal: 4.5/5....Classic Album, And if you havnt heard this Cd yet go listen to it or kill yourself.

I don't agree that it's a classic and I personally feel TSSLP is better ("Bad Meets Evil," "Brain Damage," "Role Model," "Rock Bottom" and "Still Don't Give A Fuck" >>>) but it's a good album. "Remember Me" has the best beat he's ever spit on besides "Fight Music," in my opinion. And btw, Em produced "The Way I Am" not Dre.
