i'm pretty pumped for it, but something just tells me colbert will take it extremely easy on him in the end... maybe not though, but there's lots of things i'd like to say to bill o'reilly that couldnt be show on cable tv

Nah, they have an agreement on being each other's guests on the show. Bill will go to the Colbert Report as a guest and later that evening Colbert will go to Bill's show as a guest.

So what's the verdict? Mine is that Colbert really gave it to O'Reilly when O'Reilly was guest on his show. Especially when he held up O'Reilly's book with the discount tag (also, the book seemed a bit thin...I think they really did their best in finding the cheapest and most dumbed down version of that book :D). But when Colbert was on the Factor, O'Reilly was also making a few punches...he didn't do as bad as I thought he would do. Still, I would give it to Colbert. :D
