Moving to New Jersey for a few months

Now the election is over, and I've had a few weeks to rest and live off my wackadoo pay for working on that, I'm headed off to New Jersey to do some union organizing. Maybe I'll jack Buddens' car

Gonna be weird leaving the Midwest, and ending up in a bullshit place like Newark

well, I was working on the election. obviously that is over, but I'm coming out to Jersey to do some work helping organize with the Steelworkers Union

okay, I am back in fucking freezing as fuck twelve inches of snow Milwaukee, and I have a few conclusions about New Jersey, and the east coast in general:

1. New Jersey is a bullshit state
2. Hot 97 is the worst radio station in the nation
3. Philly just might be a cooler city than NYC
4. Immortal Technique is dope as fuck live, especially when flanked by Poisen Pen, Akir, Pumpkinhead and others
5. Seriously, Hot 97 is fucking terrible. This is the main hip hop station for the biggest city in the nation, the birthplace of hip hop, and they play Whatever you Like three times an hour? Jesus titty fucking Christ

^ That's nothing. They play Whatever You Like and Live Your Life at least 5 times every morning on Power 106. And I hear Ne-Yo's bullshit ass Independent song at least 6 or 7 times a day if I listen for a long time. I was amazed at how much radio play these dudes get.

all day it was Mavado, TI, Beyonce, TI, Akon, Beyonce

the radio fell to shit when they decided that it was only acceptable to play the singles.
it can only be trusted when a dope dj snags some airtime. and even still, those radio shows are few and far between with very small time slots, comparatively.
